The kill limit is the number of kills which you can make per day, and to check your daily figure you simply have to type in #kill or #kills. The limit is being lowered quite often at the moment and I am sure it will be until Aendar is satisfied with the figure so that it gives people a fair chance to get xp, but also stops botters and autoers from benefiting as much as they currently do.
This change is definitively for the best while it is possible to bot and auto so I am glad that it is there.

- Added Google search bar for the blog - unfortunately searching only relates to posts and not my quest pages, hoping this changes in the future.
